Stephanie Bell

Stephanie Bell represents clients in antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings. She has worked on matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT), the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), and the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC).
